Ionel has over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry, IT and financial-banking multinational companies, of which more than 12 in various middle and top management roles. As a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing, Ionel started his career in the field of customer relations. He has extensive experience in customer retention, customer experience, complaint management, consultative selling, project management, call centers, outbound/inbound marketing, data quality / data mining, (analytical/operational) CRM systems implementation and process optimization.

During his career, he has coordinated teams and projects gaining remarkable results. Ionel is constantly interested in development and always focused on identifying the best solutions.

After an 8-year collaboration, Ionel joined the Ascendis team in 2015. He is a consultant and trainer within the company, where he develops and delivers training programs on various topics.
