Felix Dumitrica has been an Ascendis consultant since the beginning of 2018 and has an experience of over 15 years in direct business-to-business sales and a passion to find the best ways to work in sales teams.  

He started his career in one of the most dynamic branches of Romanian economy – telecommunications; he also worked for multinational companies and after a long period of time spent in various sales and management positions, in a complex, dynamic and competitive environment, with multiple sales channels, market segments and sales objectives, he chose the position of a consultant, or program manager. An advocate of “working smarter not necessarily harder” and promotor of “getting maximum output with minimum input”, from this position he coordinates programs for increasing the efficiency of the sales teams and helps the organizations make the transition towards “value-selling”, to introduce “lean management” and to lead their sales operations in an optimized manner.

In the last 4 years, Felix has been involved in projects of diagnosing and increasing the efficiency of the sales teams, of optimizing the performance management systems, of involving the sales force and talent management. 

He is an extremely analytical economist with a mentality of “do it, try it, fix it” and he graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies from Bucharest, in 1997.
